Clients come to me when they have reached a crossroads in their life. Life may have suddenly become challenging because of conflicts in employment, family relationships, or dating/romantic relationships in a way that is overwhelming and difficult to understand. Sometimes we come to a place in our lives where we desire better for ourselves. However, we recognize the way we have been operating is no longer working. We need to process our past and present experiences to get to a place of personal freedom. I support clients in getting connected to their bodies and understanding their thoughts and emotions to build greater self-awareness. Together, we explore relationships and belief systems to gain a deeper understanding of the issues. I use modalities such as CBT and DBT through a trauma-informed and attachment theory lens. Our work is grounded in radical kindness, laughter, and ritual. I am committed to offering a therapeutic experience where you will be heard and supported with no judgment. "There may be constraints on what your life can look like, but there are no constraints on whether your life is worth living." — Marsha Linehan I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.
