That's why there is nothing I enjoy more than helping people reconnect with their internal power to grow from, cope with, and transform wounds that tend to separate us from our own highest good. Although this life and physical body are temporary, at our core we have a connection to an unlimited Source of power, wisdom, health, and healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from National Louis University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I look forward to helping you become "strong in the broken places" like the Japanese art of Kintsugi (The Art of Precious Flaws) so that you can craft your good life and thrive.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use Internal Family Systems, ACT. EMDR, Dialectical, Trauma-Focused Cognitive , and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapies, along with Trans-personal Psychology to help Individual Adults and Couples surviving Crisis, PTSD, Anxiety, Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Co-Dependency, Fears of Abandonment, Bi-Polar Disorder, Anger, and Child Abuse.
