Hi, I'm Fray (like French fry), a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist dedicated to helping others manage unexpected challenges in their lives. As a child, I watched my mother experience “ataque de nervios” (“attack of the nerves”) but she did not understand her experience. In witnessing these events, I knew from an early age that I wanted a career where I could better understand what she was going through and support others facing similar challenges they may not fully understand. I earned my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Rhode Island College, which equipped me with the skills and knowledge to provide compassionate, effective care. I believe clients are the experts in their lives! I work well with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms, collaborating to set goals, strengthen the therapeutic relationship, and create meaningful change. I’m often described as an outgoing, friendly, and love to use laughter to connect. During first sessions, I like to make sure you feel at ease while learning more about what brings you to therapy.
