“Fred has been patient with me as I wasn’t sure if I can trust my issue good bad indifferent. During one session he challenged me. It had me thinking about it for a week. The last session I just opened up and felt relief that I was able to trust him and be set free. I have been hard on myself for a long time, but that came from a voice in the past “ your dumb you can’t ever do anything right” I was finally able to see that my view of myself is just a record of past experiences and I was written on my heart. Fred was proud of me for finally reaching the root of a past hang up. He said it’s normal but now we are going to learn how to fix the problem instead of talking about the problem. I am still so thrilled I gave reach the problem solving part and looking forward ti using my tools I had all along. Fred is amazing and direct. I need that. ”

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
