Fred is from Long Island, New York, and moved to Maryland in 1979 with a Master's degree in Computer Science. After a 30+ year career, he retired to pursue counseling. Fred and his wife have been married since 1980 and have nine children. He earned a Master's in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland and is a state-licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
