Getting to know Fritha Robinson

Since graduating with a Masters in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan in 2009 and earning my LPC, I have found that I have a passion and talent for helping people recover from trauma, leave abusive relationships, and for helping parents who have children on the autism spectrum or are on the spectrum themselves. At the beginning or my career I used CBT and Solution Focused therapies and through time I have started to explore and incorporate psychodynamic theories that go beneath surface symptoms and help clients gain a deep understanding of themselves and their patterns and thereby empower them to change those patterns to something healthier. Whether you're wanting to understand where your symptoms of anxiety originated, whether or not to leave a troubled relationship and how to keep yourself safe, or are needing help parenting an autistic child I can help you gain insight and clarity and walk with you as you make hard and needed changes in your life.
