State University and work with individuals experiencing the anxiety of managing work, life, and parenting; those facing difficult life transitions like stepping into adulthood; and those dealing with past wounds that have yet to heal and are becoming too heavy to carry alone. I create a safe space to walk alongside you, helping to lighten your load and build upon the strength you already possess. Together, we connect more deeply with your strengths to open new possibilities. Through the compassionate, empathetic, humorous, and direct environment I foster-using evidence-based approaches-my clients build insight, increase self-awareness, and overcome barriers to wholeness.
