What should a new client know about working with you?

My passion for therapy grew from personal experiences of hardship as a young adult and witnessing a family member struggle with addiction, which showed me firsthand how powerful supportive communities can be in helping individuals feel less alone. I specialize in working with teens (14+) and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, attachment challenges, identity concerns, and borderline personality disorder (BPD). My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each client’s unique needs by integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), attachment-based therapy, and mentalization-based therapy (MBT). I also incorporate mindfulness, empowerment theory, and person-centered approaches to ensure we are building a foundation for lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients describe my style as empathetic, relational, and collaborative. My process focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your emotional balance, and build the confidence to move forward. Together, we will work to identify your unique strengths and practice new skills that lead to meaningful, sustainable growth. You don’t have to face these challenges alone; I invite you to reach out today so we can begin your journey toward healing and personal growth.
