With my clients, I offer a custom approach tailored to each individual. Hello, my name is Gabby Wnek, and I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of St. Francis. I begin by understanding what is going on in your life and how you want things to change. Together, we develop a plan specifically for you and your unique experiences, while also celebrating your progress along the way. I provide a safe space for you to create meaningful change through online appointments. Helping adults with anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout is my passion! I hope to be part of your journey toward creating the life you want and feeling good in your body-that is my hope for you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help clients identify where they are feeling stuck, educate clients on the nervous system, help you create our "own formula" with tools and techniques. My approach with client is very practical so that clients can have a toolbox of skills that they can use for the rest of their lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I understand how hard it can be to make the first step. Starting your therapy journey is a huge strength. We cannot do this on our own and we are meant to connect and learn from one another.
