Getting to know Gabriella Antoniello

Because every person deserves to feel and be their best, I am here to assist you to feel empowered and fulfilled. Sometimes the best support a person can receive is someone to just listen and accept them for who they are, unconditionally, and therapy can be the place where you receive that. I want to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you are heard and feel secure to express and process through the things you’re feeling and the challenges you’re facing. I believe in looking at a person for who they really are, looking past the label or diagnosis, so we can address the things that are really important to who you are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Not everyone is always ready to receive therapy, but a willingness to acknowledge that you want to improve your life is all you need to start. One size doesn’t fit all, and getting a “cookie-cutter" approach isn’t why you’re coming to therapy. I love using creativity to adapt skills, tools, and other resources to meet your needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am passionate about working with teens and young adults to navigate the challenges that come with change. Change may be a natural part of life, but it’s hard, scary, and overwhelming. Together, we can honor the anxiety and fear as we work through life transitions so you can feel confident and believe in the potential that you already have in you.
