Gabriella Pagnotta, LCPC

Psychotherapist
MD
Hi, I'm Gabriella. I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) since 2013, with experience in the mental health field dating back to 2006. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a Master’s in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Goucher College. We all know that in recent years, especially starting in 2020, life as we knew it drastically changed. Our relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and even ourselves seemed to stall indefinitely. We had to learn to maneuver in different ways to try to regain a sense of "normalcy." But as we navigated this new way of life, our mental health suffered. Depression, anxiety, and relationship or interpersonal issues have risen as a result of prolonged isolation. As social beings, we naturally gravitate toward connection, and the lack of it has taken a toll. Within the last year, rules and mandates have eased, and we are adjusting to our "new normal." It’s normal to feel hesitant and vulnerable about stepping out again. Reaching out for help is difficult but one of the most rewarding decisions you can make. Together, we can work on step-by-step goals to help you achieve your success.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
