Great to meet you! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and over four years of experience working with kids, teens, adults, and couples. I’m certified in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and am passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges with warmth, curiosity, and support. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I focus on understanding your unique story and strengths while using evidence-based strategies to help you work through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and other challenges. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, tailoring therapy to meet each person’s or family’s needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In the first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your goals, and start building a plan together. I create a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where you can share openly and begin making meaningful progress.
