Hi! I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I am passionate about helping individuals find their inner strength and resilience to overcome life's struggles. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University and have worked with diverse populations ranging from children to adults in a variety of settings. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and stress management, utilizing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe that we all have the potential to live a life of meaning and purpose, and it is my hope to provide a safe and empathetic environment to help clients reach their goals.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Having worked with a diverse group of clients for over the past 3 years, I feel that I am well equipped to help clients deal with unresolved traumas and work towards healing for a better future.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will start with introductions and getting to know one another as well as identifying the clients goals for therapy and creating a plan to reach these goals!
