I'm Gabrielle, a therapist dedicated to helping you get unstuck from difficult emotions and past experiences so you can improve your relationships with yourself and others, and move toward the life you want to lead. I will guide and support you in building tolerance to your emotions and pain, gaining skills to support your nervous system, reworking your relationship with yourself to address self-judgments, and providing mind-body interventions to heal past trauma. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.
