What should a new client know about working with you?

I bring a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative style to therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported while also being thoughtfully challenged when it can help you grow. I have over six years of experience as a psychologist and hold a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, along with two master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and experiences.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are conversational, collaborative, and guided by what feels most important to you. We may explore current challenges, relationship patterns, past experiences, or practical ways to manage difficult emotions. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer observations and feedback, and help you connect the dots between your experiences, feelings, and behaviors. I see clients virtually Monday through Thursday and am in-network with BCBS PPO, while also seeing out-of-network clients.
