What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach each client with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment. I believe that genuine connection is fundamental to effective therapy and lead sessions with the mindset that the client is the expert on them. It is an absolute privilege to walk along this path with you. I primarily use CBT, person-centered, art/creative-based, and existential techniques with my clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect a therapeutic relationship that is dynamic and engaging. I encourage clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, collaborate with them to develop new insights, and work together towards creating positive change. I strive to hold a balance of compassion, humor, empathy, exploration, and honesty to create a safe space for healing and growth while also making the process more relatable and less intimidating.
