What should a new client know about working with you?

The name of my practice is One Step Closer Counseling because I believe healing begins with a single step. My therapeutic approach depends on what best suits the client’s needs but my specialties consists of a mixture of different modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and along with other interventions. When working together, my number one goal is to create a safe space for you to be your authentic and vulnerable self. You may not have the words to describe the emotions you are feeling and that’s okay, we will figure it out together. I will be beside you, encouraging, motivating, and uplifting you through this new experience
