Always striving to be perfect, yet feeling like others are disappointed in you or nothing is done right. You are not alone and you deserve to take care of yourself to. Whether you just experience anxiety, or you notice parts of you that strive for perfection and wanting to make other's happy, I am here for you. I help women in their 20s and 30s feel empowered and take steps toward healing themselves. I am a board-certified art therapist (ATR-BC) and licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Pa.

Together, we'll start on your path to healing that leads you to a life relieved of anxiety, putting yourself first and finding beauty in imperfection. I will be there to support you in unlocking your healing power and building your ability to utilize your inner strengths. No judgment, no pressure—just real, honest support to help you thrive.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a therapist who also has an anxious, a perfectionist and a people-pleaser part, I know what it can feel like be trying many things and not finding relief. I utilize IFS, EMDR and somatic therapy. We will look at how these parts have been protecting you, practice boundaries and implement a self-care practice.
