Hi, I’m Gabby — I’m really glad you’re here. I specialize in working with teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, big emotions, social challenges, and life transitions. I also support parents who want to better understand their child and feel more confident in how to respond during difficult moments. My approach is warm, relaxed, and practical. I focus on helping young people build real-life skills they can use outside of sessions, while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering simple, effective strategies that can be used at home so progress continues beyond our time together. In addition to my work with children and families, I support young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and not alone in what you’re going through.

What should a new client know about working with you?

One thing I want people to know about me as a therapist is that I don’t believe support should feel intimidating. I believe it should feel like a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and leave with something you can actually use in real life. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative, and I focus on helping children and teens build skills that carry over beyond our time together. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and simple strategies so you feel more confident supporting your child at home. You don’t have to have everything figured out to reach out, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re looking for support for your child or family, I’m here ??

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My typical process is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients feel comfortable from the very beginning. In our first session, we spend time getting to know each other and understanding what’s been going on, what’s feeling challenging, and what you’re hoping to gain from support. From there, sessions are tailored to the child, teen, or young adult, with a focus on building practical, real-life skills to manage emotions, navigate relationships, and handle everyday challenges. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance and simple strategies that can be used at home so progress continues beyond our time together. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, not overwhelming, where growth happens at a pace that feels right for you.
