I specialize in OCD and use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective, evidence-based treatment for OCD. Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike. I am a natural, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapist. Starting therapy takes courage, and it's an individual journey. My goal is to individualize treatment for you and set you up for long-term success. Treating OCD is part therapy and part psychoeducation. Building trust is paramount for success. Exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy is an evidence-based treatment that has enough flexibility to treat all themes of OCD. Beyond OCD, my other areas of focus include trauma, PTSD, substance use, anxiety, thinking styles, sense of self, and boundaries.
