Getting to know Gail Tomarchio
What's keeping you from fully living your life? Are you stuck in a cycle of frustration because you keep doing the same things that don't work? Are your relationships troubled? Are you too busy worrying about the past or future and not present for your life today? As a former CPA who found her true self as a therapist and coach, I understand the unsettling feelings alerting you that something in your life is off and needs attention. This feeling sent me on my own journey to explore the mind-body connection. In addition to traditional psychotherapy and coaching skills, I trained as a yoga teacher and Healing Touch Practitioner. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Immaculata University, which deepened my skills in supporting others. Through this journey, I came to know how right it feels to live in alignment with your heart.
Combining years of professional training with insights from my roles as wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, I guide clients through anxiety, self-doubt, fear, and distorted perceptions as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges. I use a unique approach combining mindfulness, somatic techniques, motivational interviewing, existential and cognitive-behavioral therapies, and energy psychology to find the most effective results. Understanding the mind-body-spirit connection is my passion, and I bring that passion to my work.
I believe “Life is lived between the ears,” meaning your mind eats what you feed it, so choose its diet carefully. Together, we will create harmony between your self-messaging and the life you desire. We will find and amplify the clarity, courage, and passion needed to create a life aligned with your authentic self. It would be my honor to be your guide on the journey within.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My goal is for my clients to feel heard, seen and respected and to leave our sessions with new insights into their behavioral patterns, tools to break unhealthy patterns and a roadmap for creating the future they desire.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
