Together, we identify areas needing support and create a plan to develop healthy coping skills and implement them in daily life. My communication style I strive to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable. My communication style is empathetic, calm, and supportive. My journey to mental healthcare I have wanted to be a therapist since I was young because I have always wanted to help and support others.
