I'm Bela (she/they), a therapist specializing in couples work, sex therapy, and EMDR. Whether you're navigating intimacy challenges in your relationship or feeling stuck in old patterns, I create a warm, non-judgmental space where all of you is welcome. My practice is LGBTQ+, kink-, and ENM-affirming. I see clients virtually across PA and in-person in Rittenhouse. My style is warm, real, and down-to-earth. I blend EMDR, parts work, and somatic approaches based on what works for you. Sometimes we laugh, sometimes we cry, all of it is welcome. First session is getting to know each other—what brings you in and what you're hoping for. From there, we'll use approaches that fit your needs, whether that's EMDR for difficult memories, parts work for internal conflicts, or body-based tools to feel more grounded. We always go at your pace.
