My approach Theoretically, I try to adapt to fit the needs of my client. I primarily use two modes of theoretical framework, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic. Both allow you to reflect on the inner voices that have shaped your past and present. Together, we will uncover these mysteries and learn to reshape them so that they serve you better My focus I have worked with people struggling with anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, interpersonal conflict, LGBTQIA+ concerns, grief, life transitions, abandonment, emotional dysregulation, and so much more. I welcome anyone that is ready to dive deep and challenge themselves to take on a new perspective. My communication style I offer a calm, non-judgmental, safe space for people to explore parts of themselves that have been hidden or buried for a long time, as well as the freedom to explore. No matter what is said, I am here to support you in the best way possible. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began with a deep desire to help others navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations in a variety of settings, from adolescents in residential care to adults managing chronic mental health conditions. These experiences shaped my belief in the power of empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care to create meaningful change. Becoming a therapist has been both a professional calling and a personal passion, allowing me to support individuals and families in building resilience, healing from past wounds, and moving toward more fulfilling lives.
