I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). ACT focuses on breaking the vicious cycle of suffering and avoidance that is common to all of us. With this approach, the only limit to the depth of healing possible for you is your own level of willingness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a collaborative, non-judgmental environment we identify emotional pain, past or present, that prevents your most deeply held priorities from being at the center of your life. We then address that pain with the tenderness and respect needed for healing to occur.
