I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with over 35 years in the helping profession. This journey has been both personally and professionally rewarding! My counseling style is compassionate and interactive, grounded in respect and sensitivity for everyone I work with. I combine cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and motivational interviewing approaches, and I am open to incorporating techniques from other theories as needed. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, which has enriched my experience and understanding. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master of Education in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. Additionally, I earned my PhD in Psychology from Berne University. My focus is on meeting your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change.
