I primarily utilize somatic healing practices such as Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). While also using narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). These modalities can be personalized to implement new patterns that cultivate the mind/body connection while building a better understanding of your inner-world. Utilizing a trauma-informed and culturally competent lens, I guide my clients in a compassionate and client-centered manner.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Client's would describe me as warm, intuitive, down-to-earth and caring. My focus as a Therapist is not only to show up as a Human to another Human but to be a warm safe space to share the most vulnerable experiences. I help those who identify with people pleasing, over-achieving, perfectionist, etc understand why and where these traits come from.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I can help by getting to the root of the issue with core beliefs and analyze how this affects different aspects of your life. I empower my clients during their healing journey by prioritizing their needs, helping them understand themselves on a deeper level and breaking harmful generational patterns. I will walk with you through any life challenges by exploring any unconscious patterns that may be preventing you from achieving your goals and helping you navigate your relationship with yourself and those around you.
