Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 38 years of experience. I have experience working with a diverse population from children to older adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, anger management and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. I have additionally helped many individuals with career counseling and resolving many life issues. I have shown many people how to pursue education and personal development. We can work together to overcome challenges. The treatment types I use are cognitive behavioral therapy and talk therapy. Your experience will bring empowerment to develop strategies for problem solving, assertive communication and becoming a stronger individual. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience and strengthen your self-confidence and relationships.
