I offer weekly in-person sessions. You decide where to begin, and we stay close to what matters. Over time, we identify the patterns that sit underneath pressure — in how you think, relate, and respond. Progress tends to come through greater clarity, more direct conversations, and a stronger sense of connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We work together to help you gain greater insight, understanding and agency over the challenges you may be facing. The work is in depth and thoughtful, and change can happen gradually at first, but feels meaningful and long lasting.
