I am a Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento. I help people discover the blocks that get in the way of being their best selves. I am a Christian, but I do not judge those who do not share my faith. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and healing modalities that have been successful for many people I see in my practice. I provide a safe space for individuals to process emotion and trauma, helping them learn to move through it and heal.
