What should a new client know about working with you?

I have worked with a wide variety of adolescent and adult aged people, utilizing a strength based approach to meet a variety of different goals. One of the most important things to me throughout the therapeutic process is creating a judgement free atmosphere to make all as comfortable as possible. I understand how nerve racking the start of therapy can be and hope that the relaxing environment I try to create relieves some of that anxiety. I hope that kind of environment creates the ability for all clients to be able to learn skills to manage stress and anxiety outside of therapy.
