I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New York University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively on your journey.

In my approach to therapy, humor and vulnerability are key! My clients are individuals seeking to maximize the joy in their lives while navigating through the uncomfortable questions of "why" behind their behaviors. My approach is dynamic, interpersonal, and honest with the goal to create a real and lasting change in your life.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
You can expect a warm, accepting, and validating spaces that encourages honest growth. Being a good therapist requires being more than just a good listener. Just like a good co-pilot, I am here to help you navigate through this journey.
