What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, collaborative, and relatable. Therapy doesn't have to be stiff or intimidating. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and understood, where we can explore the hard stuff free from judgment and accountability with care. Together, we’ll unpack patterns holding you back and build tools that actually work in real life.
