Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when relationship stress or major life transitions leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, your values, or the people around you. You may be struggling with communication, trust, emotional distance, anxiety, or feeling stuck during a period of change. It’s important for you to feel heard and supported as you work through these challenges.
I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, strengthen emotional awareness, and navigate life transitions with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is relational and attachment-informed, helping clients make sense of patterns, develop healthier boundaries, and create more fulfilling connections in their lives. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My approach is attachment-based and relational, and I work collaboratively with adults to better understand emotional patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to others. Sessions are supportive, thoughtful, and focused on helping you make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
We begin by developing a clear understanding of what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to work toward. From there, sessions focus on increasing emotional awareness, identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress, and developing practical tools and insights to support meaningful change. Therapy is collaborative, and we regularly check in to ensure the work feels helpful, focused, and aligned with your goals.
