Together, we'll work toward gaining insight, developing healthier coping strategies, and making progress toward the goals that matter most to you.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual's needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also incorporating psychodynamic and solution-focused techniques when appropriate. In our work together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore how your experiences have shaped you, and develop practical tools to help you navigate challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to help you build lasting skills while creating meaningful, sustainable change.
