I can help you see terrain, as you climb the mountain of your life, that you might not be able to see from your position. I use dialog, compassion, attention to the now, and values-based action in working with you. I particularly have specialized in areas around anxiety, anger/aggression, couple's issues, partner violence, and trauma.
I specialize in helping you develop the skill to come back into this moment, even though our powerful minds may have developed the habit of stormy thoughts, emotions, and stories. By coming back to this present moment, we can reclaim the life we want to live, unhooked from those thoughts.
You've been struggling for so long. Arguments. Worries. Stories you are an imposter or unworthy. I teach mindful compassion and have a talent for exploration and finding the unique healing path that works for each individual or couple to live into a rich, full, and meaningful life.
