Psychotherapist

Welcome! You’ve taken a meaningful step just by being here, and that matters. Beginning therapy can feel like a mix of hope, fear, and uncertainty, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m a licensed therapist committed to helping people navigate the challenges that life throws your way—with compassion, honesty, and hope. I specialize in working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance use, relationship issues, parenting struggles, and career uncertainty. You deserve support that honors your experience and meets you where you are. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your path to healing and growth. My approach As a therapist, my primary aim is to create a collaborative, supportive space where you feel empowered to set meaningful, realistic treatment goals—and take concrete steps toward achieving them. I draw from a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and artistic expression to tailor treatment to your unique needs and strengths. With CBT, I can help you identify unhelpful thought patterns that may be interfering with your goals and guide you in developing more balanced, constructive ways of thinking. I also utilize DBT to support you in staying grounded while working toward your goals, especially in high-stress or emotionally charged situations. If you are struggling with intense emotions or interpersonal challenges, DBT provides tools for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and effective communication. For many, words aren’t always enough. I incorporate creative practices such as drawing, painting, journaling, or other forms of art to help you access and express emotions, clarify values, and explore goals in nonverbal, deeply personal ways. I can help you explore how artistic expression can be particularly helpful in processing complex experiences and uncovering internal motivations.
