Hello, I know it is difficult to find the right therapist. I'm here to guide you through a path of success. We will get to know each other, laugh, and take progress at your pace. We will help you identify coping skills and help you use them through out your life span. If we try something and it is not a good fit, that's ok. It's part of the process. We just pivot to something that will work for you. I'm confident that if we work together you will be in a better space, mind and body.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I feel that it is important that my clients get to know me as well as I know them. We will discuss your struggles and successes. As we go through the process together you will get the opportunity to here mine as well as an example on how to over come challenged and embrace our progress. There will be often laughter, but more importantly empathy with an emphasis on progress.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is 100% around what you need and want out of therapy. I pivot to make you feel comfortable, heard, and validated. Our goal is to improve your quality of life and that gets to look like anyway you need it to.
