Gina Gagen, LMHC, LPC

Psychotherapist
VA
Hi, and nice to meet you! I am Gina, often called "Dr. G." Do you sometimes feel as though you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders? I empower individuals and families to learn to overcome the burdens that life can bring. I am a therapist, but generally considered a Human Advocate—one who helps to complete life's puzzles. I enjoy helping others take apart the pieces of the puzzle that don't fit well, organizing them, then putting them back together completely. I earned my EdD in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, which has deepened my understanding and ability to support those I work with. We all deserve a little help sometimes, and that’s what led you here. We can work on a solution together. I look forward to meeting you and walking with you on this journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
