She is very good at helping you to learn the skills that you need to navigate daily life, again. Her approach is largely trauma- and mindfulness-informed. She has spent 25 years practicing mindfulness meditation, and 10 years teaching Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. She also has a decade of experience in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure, for trauma, and a host of other coping skills such as anger management, and various types of coping skills. She can also focus on co-dependency, and ways that this may have affected your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Her goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you will be comfortable enough to determine what you need, but while you also learn how to do the work to grow.
