My approach is to present myself authentically, as I would anyone in my life, as well as provide transparent feedback. Working together, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, like you are speaking to a friend and someone who knows and understands you on a deeper level.
I have over a decade of experience treating individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image and self-confidence, health struggles, pregnancy and postpartum, and more. I can offer a deeper understanding and unique perspective based not only on additional training but personal experience as well. In addition, I truly believe in the mind/body connection and the need to heal both our physical and mental/emotional health in order to fully achieve our goals and attain a higher level of well-being.
