I have worked with children, adolescents, and young adults for over 15 years. My passion lies in helping young people process what I call life’s journey. I specialize in addressing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, self-care/self-love, relationship challenges, and navigating general life issues and transitions. As a therapist, my goal is to empower young individuals to know and like who they are, trust themselves, and embrace their unique experiences. I strive to provide tools and resources that foster self-understanding, self-compassion, and personal growth, enabling them to engage with their day-to-day lives fully.
