Additionally, I have extensive experience working with individuals who suffer from Mood Disorders and Dual Diagnosis. I love utilizing DBT, EMDR and IFS, Gestalt, RLT and CBT.

Ms. Hudson is very approachable and unassuming. She makes me feel like I am experiencing completely "normal" symptoms and not that I am alone in the way that I feel. She caters to the way I feel and makes me feel like I am in charge of my therapy/recovery. She has a beautiful persona/smile that instantly calms and disarms me. I look forward, with breathless anticipation, of each and every session.
