I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with a Master’s in School Counseling from Texas A&M University. I have experience treating adults and children in various settings. I believe the client is the expert of their own life, and a therapist’s main role is to be a mirror, helping clients manage difficult emotions. My approach with clients is simple: let’s talk about it until YOU feel you are done talking about it. Throughout my professional journey, I have found that I particularly excel in helping clients struggling with grief and adversity, including trauma. While I am skilled in treating grief and trauma, I am also well equipped to support clients through the day-to-day struggles that everyone faces. I typically work with clients experiencing anxiety and depression, teaching coping skills until they find one that works for them. Treatment is thoughtfully tailored for each client; I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
