Outside of work, Gisele strives to practice what she teaches. She enjoys staying active, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and learning new things. As a mother of four sons, she takes every opportunity to be with them. She also maintains a balanced life through healthy eating, sleeping, and exercise to support a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
