You’ve been holding it together, but inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe you’re stuck in your head, second-guessing everything, or overwhelmed by depression, past trauma, or feeling like you’re never enough. You’re not broken—you’re human, and you deserve support. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no pressure to “fix” anything. Together, we’ll untangle the hard stuff, get curious about what’s going on beneath the surface, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve been missing. I’m Gissele Ponce, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. With over 5 years of experience in the mental health field, I have supported people through a wide range of issues—including eating disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, Neurodevelopmental disorders, substance use, and domestic violence cases. A bit about my approach to therapy: I work best with adults and teens who are tired of feeling like they’re “too much” or “not enough.” People-pleasers, perfectionists, high achievers with big feelings. I’ve worked in various clinical settings for the past 5 years, including an eating disorder/mental health PHP/IOP program and a rehabilitation center, which has shaped my understanding of complex mental health issues and the importance of individualized care. What you can expect from our first session: I show up as a real person, not a blank slate. Our conversations are collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in safe, honest relationships. We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s holding you back, and find tools that actually work for you.
