I also assist those starting or adjusting in work and career advancement. My communication style I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can speak openly, knowing you will be heard and valued. My journey to mental healthcare I hold a PhD in Counselor Education from William & Mary, a Master’s in Counseling from North Carolina Central University, and a Bachelor’s from the University of South Carolina. I’m committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel valued and understood. My approach empowers individuals to recognize strengths and collaborate on solutions tailored to their needs, fostering resilience and positive change. My goals for you I work with clients to set goals they feel are necessary to meet current and future needs.
