I provide evidence-based therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. I specialize in EMDR therapy, a research-supported approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories and negative beliefs. I commonly work with adults who struggle with: Anxiety, panic, chronic worry, and overthinking Adult ADHD, including focus, motivation, emotional regulation, and overwhelm Depression, low mood, and loss of interest or energy Trauma, unresolved past experiences, and negative core beliefs Stress related to work, relationships, or major life transitions My therapeutic approach is structured, collaborative, and supportive. I focus on helping clients develop coping skills while also addressing the root causes that keep symptoms recurring. Sessions are paced carefully to promote emotional safety, clarity, and steady progress. I offer weekly therapy sessions covered by insurance. I also provide EMDR Intensive therapy as a separate private-pay service for clients seeking more focused treatment outside the traditional weekly therapy model. My goal is to create a calm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My therapy style is structured, goal-driven, supportive, and collaborative. From the beginning, we work together to identify clear goals so therapy feels purposeful and focused rather than open-ended. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR therapy, to treat anxiety, ADHD, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. Sessions are paced carefully, and you remain in control of the process at all times. Therapy is not about reliving painful experiences—it is about helping your brain and nervous system process them safely so they no longer interfere with your daily life. You can expect a calm, non-judgmental environment where your concerns are taken seriously. I provide structure, ask thoughtful questions, and help you build practical coping skills while also addressing underlying patterns that keep symptoms recurring. We regularly review progress to ensure therapy is moving you toward your goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before your first session. My role is to guide the process, provide clarity, and support you in making meaningful, lasting changes at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My work with clients follows a structured, goal-driven process while remaining flexible to individual needs. In the first session, we focus on understanding your main concerns, symptoms, and goals for therapy. I gather relevant background information at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborate with you to develop a clear treatment plan. Ongoing sessions are focused and intentional. Depending on your needs, we may work on skill-building for anxiety, ADHD, or mood management, or use EMDR therapy to help the brain reprocess distressing experiences and negative beliefs. Sessions are paced carefully to support emotional regulation and a sense of safety. Throughout treatment, we regularly check progress, adjust goals as needed, and ensure therapy is moving in a meaningful direction. You can expect sessions to be interactive, supportive, and focused on practical improvement—not just talking without structure. My goal is to help clients feel grounded, supported, and confident that therapy is leading toward real, lasting change.
