I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health, as well as within the Veterans Health Administration. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Missouri State University and have been a licensed provider since 2013. I offer a variety of therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

My approach to therapy is to be supportive, open minded and empowering.

Therapy should always be a safe place, and this is your time. Beginning therapy can be a scary process, one that you should not do alone. We will work on building a relationship of trust and support, and work on your identified goals.
