I'm a licensed therapist & also a Credentialed Alcoholism & Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC L2) who believes that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and respected. I bring a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy and meet people where they are, without judgment or pressure to be anyone other than themselves. I work with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying emotional pain from life experiences, relationships, trauma, or substance use. My role is to help you make sense of what you're going through, strengthen your coping skills, and reconnect with your inner strengths so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
